SJTU Antai Venture Fund Organized the First Entrepreneurial Growth Camp

SJTU Antai Venture Fund has successfully supported 15 MBA entrepreneurial companies since it was founded 2 years. Those companies are innovated in their technology and business mode, yet some problems still puzzled the most of the new entrepreneurs, such as their products, sales or groups, which even has great influence on the companies’ growth and their passions. Facing on these problems, SJTU Antai Venture Fund started the Entrepreneurial Growth Camp in 2014, in order to provide training the production and management for those companies, thus to help them to overcome the serious existing problems.
The First Entrepreneurial Growth Camp is organized by Council of SJTU Antai Alumni Association, and the topic of the camp focuses on B2B Sale’s Training, which is giving a lecture by Mr. Ning Zhu, the president of the council and partner of Alliance PKU Management Consultants. The lecture will be divided into 4 times, with 3 periods each time. The first lecture was held on March 14, on which Mr. Zhu gave a speech about how the B2B services client made their purchasing decisions. He used the member’s project as an example to state and analyzes the six stages of the purchasing decisions, and he also introduced the individual stakeholder and their role and aims in each stage. Mr. Zhu pointed out that the sales’ group must know how to analyze the B2B business in order to get the targeted expectation.
Members that joined this fist campus include Lei Luo at Tuyablog, Xin Huang at AUAK, Dexin Cui at Yuanxi, Zhengqin Yin at If tech, and Xinzhi Liao at Shanghai Qiyun Compressed Air System Service Limited. They had a productive session, and the members benefited a lot from the lecture.
SJTU Antai Venture Fund will make full use of the Antai’s teaching resource, Council of SJTU Antai Alumni Association, and Shanghai University Students’ Venture Fund in the future campus to offer more professional trainings.
