ACEM provides students assistance with internship and job opportunities through its relationship with local and multinational companies in Shanghai, and through its alumni network. ACEM’s Career Development Center provides personalized consulting and placement assistance based on each students’ professional needs and interests. The Center serves as students’ formal link between the academic and professional world.

The CDC aims to simultaneously satisfy the needs of students and enterprises. For students, CDC staff helps students to discover personal strengths, abilities, interests and all areas of personal career development. Through the CDC, students are able to link with potential employers. With regard to enterprises, the CDC helps conduct campus seminars, advertise available positions, and produce resumes of graduating full-time MBA students.
