Company Visits and Career Experience Day

Enterprises invite students to visit their organization and experience the working environment and company culture. These visits allow students to see daily business activities in real-time, and enables the enterprise to market itself and attract top talent from ACEM.

Information Sharing

Strategic partners are linked to the CDC homepage so that students can gain an understanding of these particular firms, which have priority in selecting potential hires. Additionally, the CDC website provides students with recruiting information, campus presentation events, and all activities pertinent to students’ job search.

Career Mentors

The CDC invites CEOs and professional managers who are assigned as occupational tutors for 2-3 students.

Career Coaching

CDC matches students with alumnae who coach and critique students’ job- seeking techniques. Because students leave the workforce for several years to study, this plan helps prepare students for seamless re-integration into their new career.

Summer Internship Programs

Gaining work experience in a company during the summer vacation is a good way for students to improve their practical skills. The CDC distributes information regarding these summer opportunities every year from March-May.

Career Consulting Day

Every two weeks the CDC invites a human resource specialist to campus, providing one-on-one consulting services for students interested in their respective firm. These HR specialists give specific information regarding career positions to students based on the demands of their respective enterprise.

Career Development Seminars

Numerous professional veterans including senior executives and HR directors are invited to speak about their views on career development tactics, such as streamlining an individual’s employment portfolio and helping students prepare for future opportunities and challenges. Because of the famous reputation enjoyed by ACEM, many well-known companies actively seek graduates from ACEM.
